If I didn't know this pizza was gluten free, I'd have NO IDEA. The crust is the best I've ever had! I tend to have some sort of reaction to most gluten free items due to emulsifiers, filler flours, and preservatives, but I didn't have a single issue with this one. The freshness and authenticity of the ingredients really shine through and I think that makes a world of difference. I'll definitely be ordering more again soon!
I guess my expectations were too high. I had this pizza in NYC last month and order this pizza. It is a good pizza with good ingredients but the dough was not as fresh due to it being frozen so it was a bit disappointing to me.
So far, the best gluten free pizza I have tasted!

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with dry ice. Dry ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is dry ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

How to Cook
- Remove pizza from packaging
- Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet
- Preheat oven to 500F
- Allow Pizza to cook for 2.30-3.15 MIN in HOUSE OVEN or 2.15-3 MIN in COMMERCIAL OVEN
