Fantastic overpriced GF pizza

This is some of the best GF pizza I've had - The other restaurant I've been to also used Caputo Fioreglut GF dough so I knew it would be similar tasting and great - Keste did not disappoint. This flour mixture is foolproof for making delicious pizza Gluten Free. I deducted a star due to the price - I think these pizzas are definitely overpriced. They are take home and bake yourself.... They are even more expensive than dining in a upper class Roman Pizzeria in my local town Alexandria, VA. I wouldn't buy these again unless they had a big sale or if the cost went down.

Inedible. The scant amount of sauce was tasteless. It was dry and absolutely not worth the expense

The GF pizza was hard as a brick and had very little flavor.

Love these Gluten free pizzas! It was a learning curve at first to get them exactly the way I like them. What works for me is using a metal pizza pan, a drizzle of olive oil on the pizza, and five minutes at 500’. The crust is delicious. I’ve purchased again to try more flavors.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

Remove pizza from packaging

Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet

Preheat oven to 500F

Allow Pizza to cook for 2.30-3.15 MIN in HOUSE OVEN or 2.15-3 MIN in COMMERCIAL OVEN
