Not worth the $

Maybe fresh and not from frozen this would have more flavor but the “black truffle” had hardly any flavor upon grating it and was very difficult to work with due to it’s natural texture wouldn’t recommend unless you have a method and proper tools. The price was certainly not worth it. The pizza was overall dry. We had purchased others in the past and cooked them up on the green egg grill. For whatever reason all the pizzas this time were just dry and all tasted the same.

I love the pizza and would re-order it in the future.

Amazing Pizza

Pizza was amazing and so quick to prepare with 5 min in 500 deg oven. Was awesome to receive a whole truffle to slice myself for the pizza!

Great pizza - no truffle flavor

This pizza was delicious, and the crust was perfectly thin and crisp. But even though there were truffles in the cheese and shaved truffles on top, there was just no truffle flavor or aroma! Four of us who were really looking forward to a truffle pizza were disappointed with the flavor.

Pizza was wonderful. The black truffle was such a great touch. Crust and cheese. Prefect.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet

Preheat oven to 500F

Allow Pizza to cook for 2.30-3.15 MIN in HOUSE OVEN or 2.15-3 MIN in COMMERCIAL OVEN
