Sliced thin and packed cold in our Manhattan kitchen, the slices of Italy at Kesté Pizza Go reach American homes overnight in ice. Roberto Caporuscio assembled the catalog around the same charcuterie and deli items he uses on the pizza menu, with each cured meat or sliced product picked by name from a producer in Italy.
