Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you must send an email to info@kestepizzago.com including a photo of the item to contextualize your request and indicate the issue. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping charges to return the pizzas are not refundable.
Please note that returns or refunds are not possible for opened products (single package opened).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, we will resend your order.
