Order Processing, Shipping and Tracking

All orders received are processed by 3:00pm EST every day and shipped the same business day before 5:00pm. Once the parcel leaves our address, you receive an email from UPS or FedEx with the tracking number. Each shipment travels overnight in ice, individually wrapped, and arrives ready for the freezer at home. The ice in the box evaporates during transit and is meant to keep the pizzas cool until you refreeze them. If any ice remains on arrival, handle with care and never with bare hands.
