Ingredients: Imported Gluten-Free flour 'Caputo Fioreglut', fresh Pistacchio Pesto, sausage, fresh mozzarella, Pecorino Romano, basil, extra virgin olive oil. 

All frozen products must be placed in the freezer as soon as delivered to you. Remove the pizza from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 500F, allow pizza cook for 2.30 - 3.15 min in house oven or 2.15 - 3 min in commercial oven.

Where do the pistachios on the Pistacchio e Salsiccia come from?
The pistachios are from Bronte, on the western slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. The Bronte variety has an emerald green kernel under a purplish skin, a strong aroma and a high fat content compared with common pistachios. On the pizza the pistachio base goes down in place of tomato sauce.
Is the gluten free Pistacchio e Salsiccia pizza spicy?

My son loved this pizza

My son has had celiac most of his life and has been searching for a good pizza. He called me while eating it and couldn’t stop raving about how good it was for being gluten free. It was delivered within the two days and took less than 15 minutes to cook. I will definitely be getting him gift certificates for special occasions so he can order more. Worth the money for an occasional treat.
