This dessert should either be packaged in a smaller container or not offered at all for mail order. Ours was received broken up, likely because of movement in the larger container during transit. In hindsight we would’ve been better off ordering an extra pizza, which is fantastic.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.
