All orders received are processed by 3:00pm. EST every day and shipped in the same business day before 5:00pm. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from UPS/FedEx with your order tracking information. Please check your inbox and "Spam" folder for that email.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with dry ice. Dry ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is dry ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.
