Not my style

I'm from Michigan and don't venture out of my little town too often, thought I'd give these a try and it's just not my style. I'm sure it's considered a very good pizza but I'm not likely to try it again. in fairness I'm giving it a 4 star rating because I don't want to knock something that I'm not familiar with.

Another great pizza

We lived in NJ and ate at Keste regularly. The pizzas we get delivered are neraly as good - a great purchase every time. The Macellaio was purchased for the first time and I was not disappointed. The meats were fabulous and overall pizza was delicious as usual. I highly recommend the Keste pizzas (any of them) and the Macellaio was excellent and will be ordered again.

Yummy but confusing

The pizza came frozen with a baggie attached. In the baggie was some delicious fresh prosciutto but there were no accompanying directions and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to put the meat on before cooking or after. I put it on before I put the pizza in the oven and it turned out great. It's not quite as good as the real thing (I don't have a 700-degree wood oven), but it's the best "really from NY" frozen pizza I've tried (DiFara frozen pizza is disgusting BTW). The crust was crispy and worth eating, the sauce was fresh and delicious and the toppings were plentiful and of good quality. If you can't make it to Wall Street-NYC for real thing then I highly recommend this pizza!

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

Remove pizza from packaging

Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet

Preheat oven to 500F

Allow Pizza to cook for 2.30-3.15 MIN in HOUSE OVEN or 2.15-3 MIN in COMMERCIAL OVEN
