Perfect Valentines Day Gift

These masterpieces showed up just in time for Valentines and they were a huge hit. My wife is GF and has tried to get by your restaurant when she visits but has never made it. The GF Margherita was everything she hoped it would be. The sauce was perfect and the crust was some of the best i have ever had, GF or not. We can not wait to try the pizza fresh next time we are in the city.

Best Gluten Free Pizza Ever!

I had a pizza shipped to us in California for Valentine's Day. It arrived safely packed in ice packs and padding. Preheated the oven to 500 degrees and put it on the pizza stone for 5 minutes. It was nothing like a frozen pizza from the store. More like a freshly made pizza right out of the oven at the restaurant. Expensive but well worth it. We will definitely repeat.

DELICIOUS GF PIZZA

I ordered the Marguerita GF pizza on a Wednesday, received on Friday. They come packaged perfectly on ice. I put mine in freezer and cooked on a pizza stone right from freezer. I was amazed at how delicious this pizza is and the ingredients are high quality. Don’t hesitate to buy this pizza, it has exceeded my expectations.

Great crust

The crust was spongy and nicely chewy on the edge. Nice flavor too. The cheese and sauce were good but could’ve been better.

Enjoyed the GF margherita

Nice gf crust with bubbles. Lots of cheese and fresh basil. Reheated up nicely. Next time I will preheat the pan or use a pizza stone to encourage a crispier texture. That would perfect the delicious chewy crust with a crispy bottom. I think the cheese just made it a softer bottom but wouldn’t want less cheese so I will improvise next time.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet

Preheat oven to 500F

Allow Pizza to cook for 2.30-3.15 MIN in HOUSE OVEN or 2.15-3 MIN in COMMERCIAL OVEN
