Pizza Margherita

The crust was not fully raised as in pictures and not very airy but dry and hard.
Very few, one to two leaves of basil and mozzarella did not seem fresh type. It took two days, not overnight and ice packs did not keep my pizzas frozen as much, especially because of summer temperatures. I had better Margherita, especially from Da Michele and Don Antonio’s in NYC. I would not purchase them again, tried because of the deal of one free, but the price for each normally is way too high.

Hard to give a valid review of the pizza since it arrived defrosted.

I loved it!

It’s just ok

The cheese does not cook well and the sauce is just ok.
I have had other pizzas from Italy shipped here that were much better. It is much better if cooked on the oven rack vs the cookie sheet as per instruction by the way.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

Remove pizza from packaging

Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet

Preheat oven to 500F

Allow Pizza to cook for 2.30-3.15 MIN in HOUSE OVEN or 2.15-3 MIN in COMMERCIAL OVEN
