Amazing Pizza (GF or otherwise!)

So happy with this pizza. A great combination of sauce, cheese and herbs! Everything tastes so fresh. And so easy to bake.

Cooking time way off.

Crust was pretty good for GF, sauce and both pieces of basil were meh. Cooked as directed and after 5 minutes at 500° the crust was done but cheese was still cold. Another 3 minutes under the broiler at 550° to make it edible. Double checked that it was supposed to be frozen when baked. No matter how good a crust is it can't make up for the rest being flavorless.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

How to Cook

  • Preheat the oven to 500°F

  • Remove the pizza from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 3 minutes

  • Remove the pizza from its packaging, remove the plastic wrap and place on a baking sheet

  • Make sure the oven has reached 500°F

  • Bake for 3 minutes (2:30–3:15 minutes in a home oven or 2:15–3:00 minutes in a commercial oven)

  • Cooking time may vary by up to 20 seconds depending on your oven

  • Enjoy your amazing pizza!
