All orders received are processed by 3:00pm EST every day and shipped in the same business day before 5:00pm. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from UPS/FedEx with your order tracking information. Please check your inbox and "Spam" folder for that email.
Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

How to Cook
- Preheat the oven to 500°F
- Remove the pizza from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes
- Remove the pizza from its packaging, remove the plastic wrap and place on a baking sheet
- Make sure the oven has reached 500°F
- Bake for 3 minutes (2:30–3:15 minutes in a home oven or 2:15–3:00 minutes in a commercial oven)
- Cooking time may vary by up to 20 seconds depending on your oven
- Enjoy your amazing pizza!
