Crunchy

The Margherita has the crust I am looking for, crunchy and delicious. I could use a little more sauce though. I thawed the pizza, and, it really is ready in 5 seconds. Loved it!

Cooking instructions

Instructions don’t specify cook from frozen or defrost. I find it bakes better when defrosted at room temp for about an hour or so prior to baking. It still took way longer than the instructions say. I think they’re timing is based on a 900 degree pizza oven, which many of us don’t have at home.

Keste's Frozen Pizza Romana Margherita is a Stand Out!

I ordered the Pizza Romana Margherita and a Classic Margherita pizza. Last night I made the Romana, following the instructions exactly, and it was perfect! It tasted like it just came out of Keste's oven. The crust was crispy, the cheese was mouth-wateringly melted. Every bite was divine. Roberto has elevated frozen pizza to a level that can only be described as masterful. The only thing missing was the Pizzaiolo himself. Bravo, Roberto. I can't wait to try the Classic Margherita!
