Original Italian baked Cannelloni recipe. Rolled pasta stuffed with tasty ingredients such as beef ragout, mozzarella, tomato, béchamel. Bring Italy to the table!

Ingredients:

The pasta: 00 flour, eggs and oil
Internal stuffing: beef, bacon, mozzarella, carrots, celery, onion, oil, salt
External stuffing: Bechamel, Parmesan, nutmeg, tomato sauce

When your cannelloni arrives, place it immediately in the freezer.
When you’re ready to enjoy it, you have two options:

1) Move the cannelloni to the refrigerator the day before, then heat it in the microwave for 4.5 minutes.
2) Remove it from the freezer 3 hours before eating, then microwave for 3 minutes.

Very Good!

Love this stuff! ordered nine of them! the only problem was the delivery, all the plastic containers were cracked and/or crushed. Was able to salvage them all but am still weary of plastic bits. perhaps stamping them fragile/perishable would help.
