All frozen products must be placed in the freezer as soon as delivered to you. Remove the pizza from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 500F, allow pizza cook for 2:30 – 3:15 min in house oven or 2:15 – 3:00 min in commercial oven.

What is on the Capricciosa pizza?

The Capricciosa is built on tomato and mozzarella, with cooked ham, artichoke hearts and mushrooms. It uses the same Neapolitan dough as the rest of the round pizzas, in the 12 inch format.

Is the Capricciosa pizza gluten free?

No. The dough is made with Caputo wheat flour, so the Capricciosa is not suitable for a gluten free diet. Our gluten free pizzas are made on a separate dough and are labeled as such on their own product pages.

Do I need to prepare the artichokes and mushrooms separately?

No. The artichoke hearts and mushrooms are already on the pizza when it ships. They are placed on the dough before baking and freezing, so they warm through with the pizza and need no separate preparation.
