This mail order frozen pizza turned out better than virtually every fresh pizza I have had. Roberto is a master. Hope to try a fresh one in New York some day.
Not that happy with the amount for the price. I did not order it Gluten Free and it came Gluten Free.
Excellent crust, sauce, etc.. I have all my relatives in Italy and this pizza is very similar to eating in Rome, Naples, Frascati, etc..
One suggestion I could make is to print the baking instructions on each individual pizza wrapping. I threw the shipping box out and was not sure on the temperature or time for baking. I did find it on one of your videos.
pizzas taste great only thing was they arrived with no dry ice left in package most likely sat in hot UPS truck all day as temp were in mid 90s all day long and were delivered about 830pm not sure i will order from again
Was not the best pizza’s!
All orders received are processed by 3:00pm. EST every day and shipped in the same business day before 5:00pm. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from UPS/FedEx with your order tracking information. Please check your inbox and "Spam" folder for that email.
Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with dry ice. Dry ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is dry ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.
