The frozen Macellaio pizza brings together four Italian meats on Caputo dough and tomato sauce: sausage, Prosciutto di Parma, porchetta and crespone salami, all over fresh Mozzarella. A butcher's selection, hand-topped in our Manhattan pizzeria.

Ingredients: Tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, sausage, porchetta, Crespone salami, prosciutto di Parma, basil, extra virgin olive oil.

All frozen products must be placed in the freezer as soon as delivered to you. Remove the pizza from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 500F, allow pizza cook for 2.30 - 3.15 min in house oven or 2.15 - 3 min in commercial oven.

What meats are on the Macellaio pizza?

The Macellaio carries four meats: prosciutto, porchetta, crespone salami and sausage, over fresh mozzarella on the Neapolitan dough. The meats are added in the kitchen before the pizza is frozen and shipped.

Is the Macellaio pizza gluten free?

No. The dough is made with Caputo wheat flour, so the Macellaio is not suitable for a gluten free diet. Our gluten free pizzas are made on a separate dough and are labeled as such on their own product pages.

Where do the meats come from?

The prosciutto, the porchetta, the crespone salami and the sausage are sourced from Italian producers. For the full label detail on any single ingredient, please contact our support team.

The macellaio and Margherita pizza’s were great! I miss coming to your location in NYC ! I originally found your Bleeker Street location pre-Covid. Probably the best pizza I’ve had ever! Due to congestion pricing I won’t be coming to your Gold/Fulton Street location! Which I miss !
