While I love your pizza's and I have been a customer quite some time now, I just can't let an issue I had with my last order go by without saying something.
Apparently, my order was dropped off yesterday (Wednesday) around 11am and I was never notified by Fed Ex or Keste Pizza that my order had been delivered. My order just sat on floor in my building's storage over night because it was not marked perishables, so my building concierge nor fed ex knew to put it in our delivery refrigerator. When I opened the box this morning, some of the ice packages were melted and the top of the pizzas and my Cannelloni were not chilled. This has me concerned if the order is still edible or not?

I have discussed this issue about putting "perishable" on the box before, and you did it on one order. But since then, you have not.

This pizza was horrible tasting. Mushrooms do not ship well at all. Highly do not recommend!!!

They arrived a few days ago they were not frozen and the freezer packs were not frozen either I put them in the freezer just waiting to eat one. I hope them being thawed out will not become a taste and quality issue. Thank you.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with ice. Ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

How to Cook

Remove pizza from packaging

Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet

Preheat oven to 500F

Allow Pizza to cook for 2.30-3.15 MIN in HOUSE OVEN or 2.15-3 MIN in COMMERCIAL OVEN
