The pizza del Re builds on a truffle cream base with fresh mozzarella, assorted mushrooms, basil and a finish of Prosciutto di Parma. A recipe by Caporuscio for those who chase the scent of truffle and the salt of Parma in one bite.

All frozen products must be placed in the freezer as soon as delivered to you. Remove the pizza from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 500F, allow pizza cook for 2.30 - 3.15 min in house oven or 2.15 - 3 min in commercial oven.

Yes, the same recipe. The truffle cream, the mushrooms, the imported Prosciutto di Parma and the Caputo Super Nuvola dough match the in-house version. Flash-freezing within a couple of hours of baking protects the recipe so it travels without losing its profile.

What is in the truffle cream of the Del Re?

It is a base of cream and pureed black summer truffles, finished with extra virgin olive oil. The cream replaces the tomato sauce, so the flavor sits on the savory-earthy side rather than the acidic-bright side of a traditional Margherita.

Is the Pizza del Re available gluten free?

Yes. The Del Re Gluten Free uses the same truffle cream, mushrooms and Prosciutto di Parma on a dough made with imported Caputo Fioreglut. The catalog also includes other gluten free pizzas made on the same Fioreglut base.

Too small for the price. Tastes slightly better than frozen pizza.

Everything tasted great and I thought it was one of the best tiramisus I’ve ever had in my life. We’ve bought the Del Re several times now and it’s always fantastic.

Melted and soggy. Arrived 12 hours after left shipping from NY to northern NJ. Fed ex left box outside of perimeters of house in boiling sun.

Keste's pizza is Very Good, another original with Lots of Flavor, once I started eating, I can't seem to put it down

Excellent Pizza!

I heated my pizza stone, then placed this pizza frozen from freezer on it. I heated the oven at the temp instructed but left it in for 9 mins vs. what was instructed. The crust was perfect, flavor was awesome but didn’t see or taste any basil? The prosciutto di Parma was packaged separately and wasn’t sure if I should put it on the pizza when frozen or wait til a time when the pizza was halfway heated. I waited to put it on so it wouldn’t get all dried out. Adding this info to my review in the hopes the instructions for this pizza can be improved. Based on how I prepared it, even missing the basil, this Del Re was absolutely delicious. Thank you for offering it in an online store!!
