It tastes just like the Sicilian pizza I grew up with in NY. Delicious!!
This is unlike any gluten free pizza I’ve ever had, with a thick & delicious crust, crunchy on the outside & chewy on the inside. Just enough mozzarella and sauce, and incredibly easy to prepare right out of the freezer. We added fresh basil and mushrooms and it was absolutely delicious! This pizza is BIG and very filling—it could easily serve 4 people. Very different than the Napolitano style, which we adore, so we’ll keep ordering both!
Really good--the crust was particularly amazing! A little more sauce would be even better!
I would definitely order the crust to put my own toppings on, or just to eat as bread. But the minimal sauce and the specific cheese blend made the pizza pretty bland. My seven-year-old LOVES it, though.

Our pizzas are individually wrapped for convenience and shipped frozen with dry ice. Dry ice evaporates and is just meant to keep the pizzas cool long enough for you to refreeze them. If there is dry ice left in your box, do not touch it with your bare hand.

How to Cook
- Remove pizza from packaging
- Remove plastic wrap and place on baking sheet
- Preheat oven to 500F
- Allow Pizza to cook for 2.30-3.15 MIN in HOUSE OVEN or 2.15-3 MIN in COMMERCIAL OVEN
