Ingredients: Imported Gluten-Free flour 'Caputo Fioreglut', Umbrian summer truffle, salami, Caciocavallo Ragusano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Crescenza Belgioioso, Buffalo Mozzarella.

All frozen products must be placed in the freezer as soon as delivered to you. Remove the pizza from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 500F, allow pizza cook for 2.30 - 3.15 min in house oven or 2.15 - 3 min in commercial oven.

Fresh summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) from Umbria, central Italy. It is the lighter, mid-summer variety, less intense than the white winter truffle but with the same woody-earthy aroma. It ships whole, separately from the pizza, so you grate it fresh over the hot slice at home, the way it is served at our pizzeria.

Which four cheeses are on the Sabrina pizza?

Ragusano (a PDO cow milk cheese from Ragusa, Sicily, historically called caciocavallo ragusano, sharp and firm), Parmigiano Reggiano (aged hard cheese from Emilia), Crescenza by BelGioioso (soft and creamy) and imported Buffalo Mozzarella (the Neapolitan base). The four cover salt, sharpness, creaminess and softness, balanced under the truffle.

Is the gluten free Sabrina different from the gluten free Quattro Formaggi?

Delicious

This pizza is delicious, especially for gluten free. I would definitely order again, though, don't get too hyped about the truffles. There wasn't nearly as much as it looks in the photo and didn't add enough to the experience to justify the extra cost. That said, it was otherwise fantastic and I would order again at a lower cost with a cheaper mushroom.

This would be a 5 star but our truffle was spoiled and we had to toss it. Great flavor, delicious, and best all - gluten free! Will order again!!

Great pizza but was missing a major ingredient.

This was a great pizza, amazing taste, and arrived very timely but somehow it was cracked in half which is not an issue for me but it was missing the truffles which was disappointing.
