How does it work?

Just add your favorite pizzas to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete the order. We'll ship it within 24 hours (Sat and Sun excluded) and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Open the box as soon as you get it and either place the pizzas in your freezer or get ready to eat!

How do you ship the frozen pizza?

Each pizza is individually wrapped to avoid any contamination. 

To ensure the pizzas are delivered frozen, we ship them overnight (or 48 hours delivery, depending on where you live) in an insulated box with dry ice. Customers always congratulate us for the care we put into the packaging and the conditions of the pizza upon delivery. 

How do I prepare the pizza at my home?

You'll find the cooking instructions inside the box.

It's easy: remove the plastic wrap from the pizza and place it in the oven at 500 degrees (pre-heated) for 4 minutes. Take it out and serve. Super simple!

Do I need cooking skills to prepare the pizza?

We put our cooking skills into it so you don't have to do anything, all you need is an oven. It's a no-brainer!

What if I don't like it?

We haven't received any negative review on the pizzas yet. Once they try our pizza, most of our customers come back. 

That said, we only want happy customers. So, if you didn't like it please drop us your feedback at info@kestepizzago.com and we'll be happy to refund you. We just want you to know you are safe ordering with us.

Why are they so expensive compared with other frozen pizzas?

The frozen pizza you find at the grocery store is made by big corporations that do everything they can to cut costs down, like having machines preparing the pizzas and using lower-quality ingredients. 

Our pizzas are on another level. 

We make them in my restaurant in Lower Manhattan, New York City. They are handmade either by me or my Italian pizzaiolos and we only use 100% imported Italian ingredients that are more expensive but deliver a great final product!

How is the pizza made?

All our pizzas are handmade in my restaurant either by me or my Italian pizzaiolos. 

We use my secret recipe for a traditional Neapolitan pizza that I've developed in over 30+ years of experience. 

For example, the leavening process takes hours and hours and it rigorously follows the true tradition which is the key to the fragrance, quality, and consistency of our pizzas.

Also, we only use 100% imported Italian ingredients and we cook them in a wood-fired oven as tradition dictates (no electric oven).

 Is there any difference?

The pizza is the same we serve at the restaurant (ranked #1 pizza place in NYC) - only the one we ship to you is placed in a frozen machine and then wrapped to avoid any contamination. They then go into our cold storage warehouse where they are kept until we ship them to you.

There really isn't another frozen pizza out there as good as mine!

We have two ovens, one for regular pizzas and one for gluten-free pizzas to avoid any cross-contamination. The flour we use is fior gluten free caputo imported from Italy. The flour is made of wheat starch, corn starch, rice starch, potato starch, fresh yeast, extra virgin oil, water, salt.
