The pizzas travel individually wrapped and frozen with ice inside an insulated box, and go into the freezer as soon as they arrive. Shipping is free in the continental United States on orders over $81, and the full conditions are on the shipping page. The Capricciosa is available in packs of 1, 3, 6 and 9 pizzas.

From the freezer the pizza needs 30 minutes at room temperature, then a hot oven at 500°F. In about three minutes the mozzarella melts across the tomato sauce, the cooked ham softens, the artichokes and mushrooms warm through on the slice, and the cornicione lifts and colors. What comes out is a thin Neapolitan crust with the four toppings of the Capricciosa, on a dough made without wheat flour.
