I ordered the GF Roman-style pizza and waited excitedly for it to arrive. A couple of things…I’ve been GF for a long time and have tried a ton of different pizzas, many of them not good. GF bread and crust is just hard to do right. I also used to live in Rome, so I know what Roman-style is supposed to mean. So, the verdict? I spent $44 for a pizza that was legitimately almost inedible. I’ve had worse, but not many. It was a thick dry slab of focaccia with a tiny amount of sauce and cheese. The only thing remotely similar to the authentic version was the shape. Considering the price, I feel completely robbed. The GF pizza I get at Costco is better. Even Dominoes (which I hate) is better. It was extremely disappointing. I also ordered two Neapolitan-style pizzas, so I certainly hope those are better. If you don’t have good GF options near you and you want to treat yourself, I highly recommend ordering Lou Malnatti’s deep dish from Chicago instead. It’s quite good and less expensive than this large piece of cardboard.

I absolutely love pizza but there are only a couple really good gluten free ones out there. I’d hoped to visit in person during a trip to NY this summer but we ran out of time so I was thrilled to learn they ship… and all the way to Washington state! This is by far the best gluten free pizza I’ve had! I can’t even believe it cooks perfectly in 6 minutes! Crunchy crust but soft on the inside with a buttery flavor… um yes please! It’s hard to believe this is actually gluten free, it’s that good! I can’t wait to share a delicious little piece of NY with my friends and family!

The absolute best gluten free pizza in the world. I thought I was never going to eat good pizza again after finding out I had celiac disease. I ordered 4 different pizzas and the lasagna and I'm in heaven. Every person in the world that is suffering with celiac should try this pizza once and you will be sold for life. I'm putting my next order together right now.

I’ve recently discovered I’m gluten intolerant (who knew). I’ve been trying various gluten free option products and this pizza by far is one of the best. Fresh ingredients, excellent crispy crust, no dry or grainy like others I’ve sampled. Can’t wait to check out the lasagna.

We’re too old to make the trip, but we’ve always wanted to try authentic New York pizza. Thanks to Keste we have, and they didn’t disappoint. Everybody says that New York pizza is “just better”. They were right. We loved it, and we will be ordering again.
